Description:
Diverse Staffing is looking for an individual who will be a great fit as a Maintenance Supervisor for an Eastside company.
- Individual will be assigning duties to maintenance crew.
- Candidate will primarily be working the first shift; however, individual will also be in charge of all shifts, so must be shift flexible.
- Must have experience training maintenance technicians.
- This will also be a hands on position. There will be times where they work side-by-side with the maintenance technician fixing machines.
- Looking for a candidate who has experience in the electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics repair and maintenance of CD molding, or other injection molding and handling equipment.
- Will be working with printing, packaging and additional support equipment.
Requirements:
- Necessary for individual to have 5+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
- Candidate must have experience with PM (preventative maintenance) schedules.
- The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, possess good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Individual must also be experience with Singulus, Krauss Maffei and CD and DVD packaging and support equipment.
