Requirements:
This position has is responsible for the stewardship of the US Sales CRM tool. Primary responsibility of this role is the development of a Knowledge Base within the company for the Veeva Application. Additionally, the role will be responsible for entering data elements (eg LOVs, Objectives, Targets, User Access) needed to support system functions and providing adhoc data reports. The CRM Application Steward will also have responsibility for responding tier 2 level application function questions from business users.
