We are looking for a Customer Account Representative. The CAR manages the day to day responsibilities of running a customer service center as it relates to floor planning, payment processing & deposits, title management and reporting. It is essential that the CAR assists the customers through a professional and friendly approach with fast service. Customer is defined as our field employees and auctions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Floor planning inventory for Universal Sources (auctions) in a timely manner
" Payment processing and bank deposit reconciliations
" Tracking/maintenance of arbitrations and funding errors
" Process incoming faxes and emails
" Management of title statuses on incoming and outgoing titles
" Reporting to internal customers (i.e. FOS group)
" Internal auditing of flooring, title management and payment processing
Requirements:
" Ability to communicate at all socioeconomic levels, employees and customers to maximize results
" Basic negotiation skills
" Must possess excellent customer service attitude and skills with the ability to be assertive/aggressive when necessary
" Adaptable to change and fast paces work environment
" Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook at a satisfactory pace
