General Job Description:

Operate within a service center handling inbound and outbound calls from loan officers, appraisers, and property owners to facilitate and report a real estate appraisal's progress from initial order to product delivery via a web based platform. Perform status calls to appraisers and client sales people while maintaining a detailed transaction record that is available to users on a web based transaction platform. Communicate a general understanding of the appraisal process and role of the company in the efficient facilitation of client orders.

Hours of Operations:

Standard Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7am to 10pm EST, Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Hours may include and are not limited to: Monday through Friday rotating shifts based on work flow and department needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.) Conduct daily status calls on orders in all status associated queues.

2.) Respond and route incoming messages that are posted by loan officers and appraisers.

3.) Provide follow up support to other departments for timely receipt of needed products and information.

4.) Troubleshoot problematic scenarios during the middle stages of the appraisal process.

5.) Provide ancillary support including vendor payroll, vendor processing and payment acquisition.

Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:

Must be an excellent communicator and demonstrate success and experience operating multiple software applications. Candidate must have the ability to process confidential information and consistently perform with a high level of customer service. The ability to "multi-task", operate a multi-line telephone system and strictly adhere to operational protocol is a keystone to the Status Department Processor position, Industry experience a plus.

Education Requirements:

College Degree Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Data-Entry, and Internet Explorer Preferred

Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Typing Skills 40 plus WPM Preferred
